Last year, I wrote an Avengers Little Golden Book called Day of Doom. And guess what? It came out TODAY. Day of Doom was illustrated by the amazing Dan Schoening and published by Penguin Random House. I think the book really turned out well and I’m very proud of it.

And I’ve mentioned this next bit before, but it bears repeating: although the Day of Doom LGB has a title that’s eerily similar to Avengers: Doomsday, this book is NOT an adaptation of that film. So if it isn’t based on the movie, what is it about? Well, here’s the official publisher description of the book, which tells you a little bit about its plot:

And hey, did you notice that part in the publisher description where it said that this is the first-ever Doctor Doom Little Golden Book? Which is pretty cool! I’m very proud of this book, I had a great time writing it, and I can’t wait for everyone to read it!
