“Collectors Confessions” Interview!
Recently, I appeared on the Collectors Confessions YouTube channel, where hosts Chad Farley and Brian VanNostrand interviewed me about my writing career. And the interview just went live!
During the interview, I talked about some of the “licensed character” books I’ve written over the years, like the Marvel-themed Little Golden Books I’ve written for Penguin Random House, and the Lilo & Stitch books I’ve written for Scholastic.
I also discussed my work as a comic book writer, nonfiction author, and television scriptwriter.
You can check out the whole interview below:
The Taylor & Travis “96 Facts” Book Comes Out on April 21st!
The next “96 Facts” book will come out from Penguin Random House on Tuesday April 21st, 2025. That book is called 96 Facts About Taylor and Travis. As in, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. When did Taylor and Travis first meet? When did they first start dating? How did Travis propose to Taylor? Are there references to Travis in Taylor’s song lyrics? This book will answer all of your “Taylor and Travis”-related questions. And like most of the previous “96 Facts” books, this one was written by yours truly and illustrated by the amazing Risa Rodil.
Here’s the official publisher description of 96 Facts About Taylor and Travis:
The ultimate fact book and journal for fans of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Packed with fun facts, quick quizzes, and bonus pages for journaling, this is a must-have for anyone wanting to know more about their favorite it couple.
The book is available for preorder HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.
BTW, if you’re keeping score, 96 Facts About Taylor and Travis is the THIRD book I’ve either written or co-written about Taylor Swift. The first two are 96 Facts About Taylor Swift, which I wrote solo, and Brain Games – Puzzles and Quizzes: Taylor Swift, which was a book where I was just one of the co-authors.
And to see all of the other books I’ve written for Penguin Random House – even the ones that DON’T have anything to do with Taylor Swift – click HERE.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!! At 7pm EST today, Tuesday March 3rd, 2026, I’ll be appearing on an online panel discussion, as part of Will Eisner Week. The panel is called “The Comics vs the Fascists – A Will Eisner Week 2026 Event.” The event is FREE, but you have to register, which you can do by emailing comicssymposium@gmail.com
Here’s a description of the “Comics vs. the Fascists” panel:
When fascism threatened the world in the 1930s and ‘40s, comics creators rushed to counter its threat, including through their characters actions. Will Eisner (with The Spirit), Joe Simon and Jack Kirby (with Captain America), and Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster (with Superman) were among the prominent writers and artists who used their four-color platforms to combat fascists both at home and abroad. Today, shining a spotlight on the way these creators rose to the challenge, and what lessons may be learned for the present, is an expert panel including:
- Karen Green (Columbia University Curator for Comics and Cartoons)
- Dean Haspiel (The Red Hook)
- Arie Kaplan (From Krakow to Krypton: Jews and Comic Books)
- Charles Kochman (Abrams ComicArts)
- Danny Fingeroth (Will Eisner Studios) moderator
More info about the event can be found HERE.
